General

We are displaying goods for sale and inviting you to make an offer to purchase goods from us. Your order is an offer to purchase the identified goods at a particular price. We are not obliged to accept your offer but if your offer is acceptable to us and only if it is acceptable to us will we then have a binding agreement and we will then post the item to you subject to compliance with the provisions set out below.

Payment

You may pay by credit card, cheque, Nochex, Paypal or cash. To pay by any of the last three methods, please contact us.

To pay by credit card, add one or more products to your 'basket', then click the 'go to checkout' button. The postage and packing costs will be calculated automatically.

To pay by cheque, write a cheque for the full amount including shipping and post it to us along with the reference number of the item(s) you wish to buy, and your postal address. Also email or telephone us to reserve your product(s) or we may sell it in the meantime.

If you wish to pay by another means please contact us, it can probably be arranged.

Currencies

We accept payment in UK pounds sterling, Euros and US dollars.

Non payment

If you reserve an item and your payment does is not received within two weeks, or if a payment is not honoured, we will return item(s) to stock without obligation.

Stock

The majority of the items we stock are one-off items which are offered for sale in our shop and on our website. There is a small chance that an item may appear to be available on this site whereas it's actually been sold that day in the shop. All items on this website are therefore offered for sale subject to the item being in stock. Our contract of sale with you is accepted only when we post the item to you.

Shipping

We will normally dispatch your order within three working days, except if you raise a personal cheque (when we require an extra seven days for your cheque to clear). We occasionally take a holiday and therefore cannot post items until we return, we will try to notify you before you place your order if this is the case.

All our items are sent by Royal Mail 'Signed For', which means you will be asked to sign on delivery. All packages are insured up to £30.00 for loss or damage. Extra insurance is available on request.

Refunds and returns

We are certain you will be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us before placing your order. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive from us, please contact us for return instructions within 3 days. Please do not discard anything (including packaging) unless and until instructed by us, especially in the case of breakages.

Upon our receipt of item(s) we shall issue a full refund subject to it being in the condition it was in when we sent it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and/or insurance which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned item(s) must be received within 2 weeks from the date you contacted us.
